ACWORTH, Ga. — Holbrook Life has opened model cottages at Holbrook Acworth, an active adult community under construction in Acworth, about 30 miles northwest of Atlanta.
The community will offer a total of 181 apartments and 26 cottages when it opens in early fall. The site is walking distance to Lake Acworth and the city’s downtown.
Headquartered in nearby Alpharetta, Holbrook Life is a family-owned business that owns and manages active adult communities across the Southeast. Development costs on Holbrook Acworth were estimated at $75 million. The company is also preparing to another community closer to Atlanta proper, Holbrook Decatur.
