SEATTLE — Tana Gall and Jason Childers, seniors housing industry veterans with nearly 35 combined years of experience, have launched 2Ten Consulting, a consulting firm designed to help new developers navigate the complicated seniors housing space.
For the last 13 years, Gall and Childers worked together at Leisure Care and more recently at Merrill Gardens, both Seattle-based seniors housing operators. At both organizations, Gall served as president and Childers as senior vice president.
The new consulting firm was created in response to an influx of new developers entering the seniors housing space. These companies bring new capital and innovative ideas to the industry, but often need help navigating this complicated sector of real estate. 2Ten is also focused on working with current developers and investors looking to expand their portfolios through development and acquisition.
