IPA Arranges Sale of 120-Unit Independent Living Community in Pennsylvania

PALMYRA, Pa. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Traditions of Hershey, a 120-unit independent living community in Palmyra approximately 18 miles east of Harrisburg, for an undisclosed price.

Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III Inc. acquired the property from AMC Delancey Group Inc. and Heritage Senior Living. Heritage will stay on as operator.

The community was built in 2007 and was 93 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Joshua Jandris, Mark Myers, Charles Hilding and Andrew Hilding led the IPA team.
