AUSTIN, Texas — JCI Senior Housing LLC has unveiled plans for Techridge Oaks, an assisted living and memory care community in North Austin.
The plans include 66 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care units. JCI has partnered with Civitas Senior Living LLC to develop the community. Civitas will also manage the community once complete.
JCI is an affiliate of Austin-based developer Journeyman Group. Civitas is a Fort Worth-based operator, and currently manages two other Austin-area communities.
