Kendal to Add 30 Cottages to CCRC in Virginia

LEXINGTON, Va. — Kendal Corp., a nonprofit owner-operator based in Pennsylvania, has announced plans to add 30 new cottages to Kendal at Lexington, a 120-unit continuing care retirement community in Lexington.

Residents can choose between:

  • a 1,400-square-foot duplex with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a one-car garage and an optional sunroom/den.
  • a 1,500-square-foot cottage with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a one-car garage and an optional sunroom/den.
  • a 1,750-square-foot cottage with two bedrooms, den, two bathrooms, two-car garage and an optional sunroom.

The plan also includes expanded and renovated dining and health centers. 

Kendal at Lexington is situated on 85 acres the hills of western Virginia near the West Virginia border.
