Lancaster Pollard Adds Two Seniors Housing Bankers to Philadelphia Office

PHILADELPHIA — Lancaster Pollard, a lender based in Columbus, Ohio, has hired Miles Kingston and Tony Ruberg as bankers out of the company’s Philadelphia office. Both will provide seniors housing and healthcare clients with investment banking, mortgage banking, private equity, balance sheet financing and M&A advisory services.

Kingston will be responsible for clients in Pennsylvania and Ruberg will be responsible for clients in New Jersey and Delaware.

Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, Kingston was a commercial loan officer and assistant vice president of healthcare lending at Metro Bank in Harrisburg, Pa. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University.

Ruberg worked in the commodities hedging and risk management division of Huntington National Bank as an associate director before joining Lancaster Pollard. Prior to that, he served as a senior business banker at Huntington. He earned his master’s degree from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and his bachelor’s degree from Capital University.
