COLUMBUS, Ohio — Lancaster Pollard and two banks have closed a $72 million portfolio recapitalization for a regional skilled nursing operator based in Texas.
The portfolio consisted of six skilled nursing facilities in Texas and Oklahoma. The recapitalization allowed the provider to refinance existing debt, complete the buy-out of a partner and fund future growth. The facilities and borrower were not disclosed.
Kyle Hemminger, Chris Mauger and Patrick Hackett led the transaction for Columbus-based Lancaster Pollard.
