Lancaster Pollard Invests $12.2M to Finance 79-Unit Community in Kentucky

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Lancaster Pollard, via its Propero Seniors Housing Equity Fund, has invested $12.2 million for the development of Arcadia of Bowling Green.

The 79-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community will be located in Bowling Green. The developer is Louisville-based Arcadia Communities, which develops, owns and operates seniors housing properties in Kentucky and Michigan.

Chris Mauger led the transaction for Propero, and Chris Blanda was the lead for Lancaster Pollard’s investment banking platform. Arcadia is a repeat client of Lancaster Pollard and Propero, formerly partnering with them for the development Arcadia of Clarksville near Nashville.
