ADDISON, Ill. — LCS, Harrison Street Real Estate Capital and Ryan Cos. US Inc. have started construction of Clarendale of Addison, a 188-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Chicago suburb of Addison.
This is the third seniors housing project that the partnership has started in 2017. Development costs were estimated at $45 million.
Clarendale of Addison will feature 95 independent living units, 55 assisted living units, 38 memory care units. The property connects to Centennial Park, which offers walking paths and scenic views.
Ryan Companies and its project partners LCS and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital will develop, own and manage the property. Ryan also serves as design-builder, while PFB Architects is providing the architecture design. Manhard Consulting is providing the civil engineering, and Direct Supply Aptura the interior design.
Clarendale of Addison is scheduled to open in summer 2019.
