Main Line Health Collaborates with New Brandywine Community in Pennsylvania

PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. — Main Line Health (MLH) has joined with Brandywine Senior Living at Upper Providence to bring medical care, rehabilitation therapy, and wellness services to residents of the new assisted living community located at 1133 Black Rock Road in Phoenixville.

Through this collaboration, MLH will offer Brandywine residents with:

  • Rehabilitation therapy provided by MLH physical and occupational therapists
  • Primary care provided by MLH physicians Meng-Chao “Mark” Lee, Raffi Megerian and John Peacock, and referrals to other specialists as needed
  • Lab services provided by MLH laboratories
  • Healthcare coordination between the MLH clinical team and Brandywine’s licensed nursing team
  • Fitness classes, health screenings, and other wellness programs
  • Aquatic therapy classes

Founded in 1985, Main Line Health (MLH) is a nonprofit health system serving portions of Philadelphia and its western suburbs. Brandywine Senior Living is a seniors housing operator based in New Jersey.
