BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Indiana-based developer Mainstreet and Kentucky-based operator Trilogy Health Services have opened a new skilled nursing facility, Stonecroft Health Campus, in Bloomington.
The facility is part of the partnership’s “Next Generation” developments and will offer short-stay rehabilitation, therapy and assisted living.
The development cost $13.3 million and comprises 93 beds in 66,197 square feet of space.
