MORGAN CITY, La. — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) has arranged the sale of Maison Jardin Senior Living, a 59-unit assisted living and memory care community in Morgan City in South Louisiana.
The price was not disclosed, but the community was listed at $4 million.
Rod Llanos, senior associate, and Doug O’Toole, vice president, represented the seller, a limited liability company. William Hoffpauir, a broker, assisted in closing this transaction.
