FORT MILL, S.C. — A joint venture of MedProperties Holdings LLC and The LaSalle Group Inc. is developing Autumn Leaves of Fort Mill, a 54-unit memory care community in the Charlotte suburb of Fort Mill.

The single-story, 37,500-square-foot community marks the ninth joint venture between the two companies, both of which are based in the Dallas area. Total development costs are estimated to be $11.7 million.

MedProperties is a private equity firm. LaSalle, a seniors housing developer, owner and operator, will manage the community once completed.
