Met Council, FilBen Prepare to Open New Staten Island Community Brielle at Seaview

NEW YORK CITY — Construction of a new assisted living facility in the Staten Island borough of New York City, The Brielle at Seaview, has nearly completed.

Developed by the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty (Met Council) and managed by FilBen Group, the facility will feature 122 units in a 103,000-square-foot facility situated on a 10-acre site.

 When completed, the campus will also include The Commons, a 10,000-square-foot recreational facility and overnight accommodations for residents’ guests.
