BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Methodist Homes of Alabama & Northwest Florida has hired Liz Prosch as the company’s vice president for quality and mission integration.
Prosch, a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator, previously served the company in a similar role, but left for the Alabama Quality Assurance Foundation.
Prosch’s initial role will be to oversee the campus-wide redevelopment of the company’s Fair Haven property in Birmingham, which is converting to the household model. In the long term, the job will call for her to “help the organization focus squarely on quality initiatives and resident-directed care.”
