TAMPA, Fla. — Windward Health Partners, a Tampa-based private investment and holding company, and its portfolio management company, Mission Health Communities, have taken over operations for 14 skilled nursing facilities in the state of Kansas.
The new portfolio represents the company’s fifth managed under the Mission Health umbrella, with its other groups of seniors housing communities in Texas, Georgia, Minnesota and Tennessee. Mission Health Communities now manages 32 facilities.
