NORTH OLMSTEAD, Ohio — Monticello Asset Management, through one of its investment vehicles, has originated $37 million in first lien debt financing for Clermont Nursing Realty LLC, a skilled nursing owner based in the Central Ohio city of North Olmstead.
The borrower will use the funds to refinance an undisclosed 136-bed skilled nursing facility in Ohio. The financing is structured as a bridge-to-HUD loan.
The facility was built in 1966 and includes a 15-bed secure behavioral unit and a 27-
bed dementia unit. The property totals 64,477 square feet on 10.5 acres.
