CYPRESS, Texas — The National Realty Grouop (TNRG) and MedCore Partners will break ground later this month on Spring Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care, an 80-unit assisted living and memory care facility in Cypress, approximately 30 miles northwest of Houston.
The building will feature 65 assisted living units and 15 private and companion memory care units. Civitas Senior Living will manage the community.
TNRG is a privately held real estate and investment firm focused on value-add opportunities. Based in the Dallas area, MedCore Partners is healthcare real estate developer and services company. Based in Fort Worth, Civitas Senior Living is a seniors housing operator.
