Colliers Arranges Sale of Florida Community for $8.4M

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The National Seniors Housing Group of Colliers International has arranged the sale of Bristol Court Assisted Living, a 70-unit memory care facility in St. Petersburg, for $8.4 million.

The seller was SPALF Holdings LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company. The buyer was CTR Partnership, a Delaware-based limited partnership. CTR has signed a long-term lease with a memory care-focused regional operator.

Bristol Court was built in 1960 and renovated by the SPALF in 2011. The building is 35,474 square feet on a 57,940 square-foot plot

National Seniors Housing Group’s Kenneth Carriero, senior vice president, and Damien Carriero, associate vice president, listed the facility on behalf of the sellers and procured the buyers.  Transitioning to transaction brokers
