ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) has hired Lana Peck as senior principal and subject matter expert for seniors housing.
Peck spent more than a decade as a senior market research analyst for owner-operator Life Care Services, conducting feasibility studies for seniors housing projects throughout the country. She most recently worked with Brooks Adams Research, where she conducted nationwide seniors housing industry research.
Peck holds master’s degrees in business management and gerontology.
NIC is a nonprofit organization established in 1991 to provide data and analytics regarding the seniors housing industry.
