OVERLAND PARK, Kansas — NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City regional office has arranged the $25 million refinancing of The Atriums, a 203-unit seniors housing community in Overland Park.
The Atriums features resort-style independent living and assisted living apartments.
The Freddie Mac loan, a restructuring of an existing loan from Freddie Mac, features a seven-year term and 30-year amortization schedule.
