SAN FRANCISCO — On Lok, the San Francisco-based parent company of several seniors housing-related subsidiaries, has named Grace Li as the company’s new chief executive officer.
Li will be responsible for the overall management of each of the On Lok corporations, and will report to the board of directors. She is replacing Robert Edmondson, who recently announced his retirement after leading On Lok for over a decade.
Li brings nearly 25 years of operations management experience in a broad range of healthcare settings and 15 years of executive leadership responsibility. She most recently led On Lok Lifeways, a long-term care arm of the company, as chief operating officer. She first joined On Lok in 2001.
Li holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida.
