TARPON SPRINGS, Fla. — The Tarpon Springs Housing Authority (TSHA) and Pinnacle Housing Group have opened the doors on The Villages at Tarpon, a 95-unit affordable housing community in the coastal Tampa suburb of Tarpon Springs.

Residents must meet income requirements and be age 55 or older.

The community was originally built in the 1970s as public. TSHA and Pinnacle completely renovated the property prior to the re-opening.

Established in 1997, Miami-based Pinnacle Housing Group develops, builds, leases and owns affordably-priced and luxury-styled apartments. The Tarpon Springs Housing Authority (TSHA) is a public housing authority created in 1964, responsible for the administration/management of low-rent public housing within the city of Tarpon Springs.
