Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest Hires New Leadership Team Members

SEATTLE — Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest (PRCN) welcomed two new members to its executive leadership team.

Paul Aigner joined PRCN in the newly created role of vice president of development and Eve Jakoboski filled the recently vacated role of corporate human resources director.

“Paul and Eve are great additions to the team,” says Torsten Hirche, PRCN president and CEO. “They bring additional skills and experience needed to improve the support of our senior living communities as well as the strategic growth of the organization.”

Aigner has over 30 years of real estate design, construction and development experience in seniors living and health care. Most recently he was senior vice president of Covenant Solutions, responsible for the master planning and development of a variety of seniors living communities in the Pacific Northwest and across the country. Aigner graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences.

Jakoboski has 19 years of human resources and executive management experience, with the majority of that time spent in hospitality, in addition to several years in the healthcare sector. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in human resources from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
