WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Presbyterian Senior Living has begun accepting applications to Parker House Assisted Living, a 48-unit assisted living expansion at Quincy Village, a continuing care retirement community in Waynesboro, near the Maryland border.

The expansion’s development costs were estimated at $10 million and the project took approximately two years. Parker House is based on the “small house” concept, featuring three buildings created for 16 residents each.

Presbyterian Senior Living plans to hold a dedication ceremony for the expansion on March 9.

Presbyterian Senior Living is a faith-based, nonprofit operator serving 6,000 residents in 30 communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Delaware.
