Presbyterian Senior Living Promotes Deborah Barefoot to Regional Director of Operations

DILLSBURG, Pa. — Presbyterian Senior Living, a nonprofit owner-operator, has promoted Deborah Barefoot to regional director of operations.

Barefoot was formerly the executive director at one of the company’s communities, Westminster Woods in Huntingdon, a position that Chad Evans will fill. Evans was most recently executive director of another of the company’s communities, Windy Hill Village in Phillipsburg.

Barefoot has worked in seniors housing for 40 years, and served in her most recent executive director position for 20 years. In her new role, she will oversee eight of Presbyterian’s communities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Evans has been a licensed nursing home administrator for 20 years and served his most recent executive director role for seven years. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Based in the Central Pennsylvania burough of Dillsburg, Presbyterian Senior Living owns and operates more than 30 communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Delaware.
