ODESSA, Texas — Prevarian Senior Living has tapped Civitas Senior Living to operate The Courtyards Assisted Living and Memory Care in Odessa.
The Courtyards features 40 assisted living units and 30 memory care units, along with a library, theater and bistro.
Prevarian is a developer and investor based in Dallas. Civitas is an operator based in Fort Worth.
