FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Real Estate Equities Development has announced its plans to build Village Cooperative of Fort Collins, an age-restricted community in Fort Collins, approximately 65 miles north of Denver.
The 62+ community is a seniors cooperative, a type of active adult community that allows residents to share the costs of common amenities. The multi-story community will feature units ranging from 900 to 1,600 square feet.
