ST. LOUIS, Mo. — CBRE Group Inc. has hired Ross Sanders to join CBRE Capital Markets’ National Senior Housing Investment Sales Practice as first vice president.
Based in St. Louis, Sanders will collaborate with Lisa Widmier, Matthew Whitlock and Aron Will to expand the firm’s platform in the Americas. In addition to seniors housing investment sales, Sanders will lead the firm’s efforts to grow its skilled nursing investment practice nationally.
Sanders joins CBRE from American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust, a New York-based non-traded REIT, where he led the seniors housing acquisitions team as vice president. He previously served as a broker for Senior Living Investment Brokerage.
Sanders holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and is a licensed broker in Missouri.
