CREVE COEUR, Mo. — Senior Lifestyle Corp. has opened a welcome center at The Sheridan in Creve Coeur, the second of several senior living communities the company has under development in metro St. Louis.
The community will feature 53 memory care units and is scheduled to open in early 2017. Development costs are estimated at $17 million.
The Sheridan in Creve Coeur is being built on a two-acre site. It will comprise 42,000 square feet of space, including 14,000 square feet of common areas, once completed. Brinkmann Constructors is the general contractor on the project with Wiegmann Associates serving as mechanical contractor.
Senior Lifestyle has two other Sheridan properties underway in metro St. Louis. Also slated to open in early 2017 is The Sheridan at Laumeier Park in Sunset Hills, while a summer 2017 opening is planned for The Sheridan at Chesterfield in Chesterfield.
