Senior Living Investment Brokerage Arranges Sale of Memphis Community for Nearly $10M

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Legacy Assisted Living & Independent Living in Memphis for $9.99 million.

The two-building community was built in 1987 and is comprised of 196 units of independent living and 51 units of assisted living and memory care. The buyer was a private investment group based in Virginia. Georgia-based Beacon Communities will manage the communities.

Bradley Clousing, Patrick Burke and Ryan Saul handled the transaction for SLIB.
