GLEN ELLYN, Ill. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of two communities in Atlanta and one in Indiana in two separate transactions for a total price of $25 million.

In Goshen, Ind., a town near South Bend at the northern border of the state, Trilogy Health Services acquired Waterford Crossing, a 92,156-square-food, 80-unit assisted living and memory care community for $14 million. SLIB’s Ryan Saul represented the seller, The Manor House, whose operator was looking to retire. Trilogy already owned a skilled nursing facility just 20 yards away.

In Georgia, SLIB’s Brad Clousing arranged the sale of two assisted living communities — Plantation South Duluth in Duluth and Plantation South Dunwoody in Dunwoody — for $11 million. The Duluth community has 62 units and the Dunwoody community has 57 units. The buyer and seller in the transaction were not disclosed.
