CHICAGO — SeniorMetrics Inc., a Chicago-based technology firm serving the seniors housing industry, has hired two healthcare industry veterans to its C-Suite — Chad Harris as chief digital officer and Dave Keane as chief financial officer.
Harris joins SeniorMetrics with more than 25 years of operations experience including more than 15 years as a COO and president of operations. Keane brings more than 25 years of CFO experience at various private equity-backed healthcare companies.
Harris will be responsible for the overall technology vision of the company, including the integration of disparate technologies into a cohesive platform, and developing the next generation of data analytics to help drive change and improvement.
Prior to joining SeniorMetrics, Harris was the president of North American operations at Atos, an international IT services company. Before that he was the COO of IT services at Xerox Business Services. He has also served as the CEO of a technology and services company before selling to ACS.
Keane will lead SeniorMetrics’ finance operations to support the company’s strategic, operational and financial performance. Most recently, he served as CFO to Healthy Living Network, a private equity-backed healthcare services company focused on home care. His prior career assignments have included CFO roles at Galvanize Inc., Aldera Holdings, BusinessOne Technologies and Silverstream Capital.
SeniorMetrics is itself a private equity-backed venture, funded by Periscope Equity, a Chicago-based private firm investing in high-growth, tech-enabled businesses services companies.
