TULSA, Okla. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Companions Specialized Care, a skilled nursing facility in Tulsa, for $3.5 million.
The facility is composed of 102 beds. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
Bradley Clousing and Patrick Byrne led the transaction for SLIB.
