DALLAS — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Arbor House of Dallas, a 52-unit memory care community in Dallas, for $4.5 million.
The 26,197-square-foot community was built in 2008 on 4.6 acres east of downtown Dallas. The property was 56 percent leased at the time of sale.
A regional owner-operator based in Oklahoma sold the community to a private equity firm based in California. The new owners plan to lease the community to Northstar Senior Living and implement upgrades to the property.
