SLIB Arranges $4.5M Sale of 52-Unit Memory Care Community in Dallas

DALLAS — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Arbor House of Dallas, a 52-unit memory care community in Dallas, for $4.5 million.

The 26,197-square-foot community was built in 2008 on 4.6 acres east of downtown Dallas. The property was 56 percent leased at the time of sale.

A regional owner-operator based in Oklahoma sold the community to a private equity firm based in California. The new owners plan to lease the community to Northstar Senior Living and implement upgrades to the property.

Matthew Alley, Jason Punzel and Brad Goodsell of Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. handled the transaction. The sale price equates to $86,539 per unit.
