CRANE, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Crane Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in rural West Texas, for $5 million.
Trinity Healthcare, a Fort Worth-based operator, bought the facility from a Waco-based operator. The 110-bed facility was built in 1996.
Matthew Alley, managing director, arranged the transaction.
