POTEET, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. (SLIB) has arranged the $850,000 sale of an unnamed skilled nursing facility in the San Antonio suburb of Poteet.
The facility has 62 beds and was built in 1964. The buyer was nonprofit looking to expand its seniors housing presence.
Matthew Alley of SLIB arranged the deal.
