PONTIAC, Ill. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has negotiated the $7.5 million sale of Woodbridge, a 60-unit supportive living community in Pontiac, approximately 100 miles southwest of Chicago.
Supportive living is a state designation in Illinois that allows assisted living-style services to receive Medicare reimbursement. The 36,610-square-foot facility sits on just over five acres.
The seller was a private partnership that develops and operates assisted living and memory care communities. The buyer is a regional with several existing properties in Illinois.
