DAPHNE, Ala. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the $12.3 million sale of Eastern Shore Rehabilitation & Health Center, a 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Daphne, located directly across Mobile Bay from Mobile.
The seller was an affiliate of TL Management and the buyer was Alabama-based Noland Health Services. The transaction also includes a freestanding medical office building.
Brad Clousing and Ryan Saul led the transaction for SLIB.
