GREER, S.C. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the $10.1 million sale of The Cottages at Brushy Creek, a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in the Greenville suburb of Greer.
The community opened in 2008 and consists of 12 separate cottages.
Greenville Health System sold the facility to skilled nursing operator Orianna.
Bradley Clousing of SLIB led the transaction.
