SHILOH and TROY, Ill. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of The Fountains of Shiloh and The Fountains of Troy for $18.6 million.
The two seniors housing communities are located less than 15 miles apart in the St. Louis suburbs of Shiloh and Troy. Each community features 63 units.
Bradley Clousing, Patrick Byrne and Jeff Binder handled the transactions. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
