Spectrum Retirement Breaks Ground on $30M Community in Chicago

PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. —Spectrum Retirement has broken ground on Palos Heights Senior Living., a 178-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Chicago submarket of Palos Heights.

The 170,000-square-foot community is scheduled to open in early 2019. Development costs were estimated at $30 million.

Architectural firm Vessel Architecture & Design designed the project. Construction is being managed by Weis Builders.

Spectrum develops, owns and operates senior living communities throughout the United States. Palos Heights Senior Living will be the company’s seventh community in Chicago.
