AUSTIN, Texas — Spectrum Retirement Communities has started construction on Lake Travis Independent Living, a 150,000-square-foot luxury community in Austin.
Denver-based Spectrum expects the community to open in early 2017.
The three-story community will have 140 units ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom units.
Lake is Spectrum’s first community in Texas. The company develops, owns and operates senior living communities in 12 states.
