PONTE VEDRA, Fla. — Starling, a senior living owner and operator with communities in Florida and Tennessee, will soon break ground on a 140-unit independent living development in Nocatee, the a master-planned community in the Jacksonville suburb of Ponte Vedra.
The development will be adjacent to Starling at Nocatee, a 92-unit assisted living and memory care community opening this Fall. Once complete, the combined campus will total 232 units.
The combined campus is located on 11 acres directly across from Nocatee’s amenity centers.
Construction of the independent living community is scheduled to begin September 2017.
