DALLAS — Tradition Senior Living (TSL) has opened The Tradition-Lovers Lane Community, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Dallas.
The 7.5-acre campus comprises 202 independent living units and 109 assisted living and memory care units.
Houston architects Meeks + Partners designed the independent living building and Dallas architects D2 Architecture LLC designed the assisted living and memory care property.
The Tradition-Lovers Lane is the second community by Texas-based developer TSL. Opened in 2010, The Tradition-Prestonwood is a 220-unit independent living community also located in Dallas. Both communities were built by TSL’s construction division, and are locally managed by Tradition Management LLC.
