United Properties Breaks Ground on 94-Unit Community Near Minneapolis

PLYMOUTH, Minn. — United Properties has broken ground on Cherrywood Pointe of Plymouth, a 94-unit seniors housing community in the Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth.

The 130,000-square-foot property will feature 66 units of independent and assisted living, 23 memory care units and five “enhanced care” apartments, which are a home-like alternative to traditional skilled nursing.

Once opened, Ebenezer Management Services will operate the property.

Kaas Wilson Architects and Henricksen Interiors designed the property, which Weis Builders in constructing. Cherrywood Pointe is expected to open in early 2018.
