Volunteers of America Opens 130,908 SF Assisted Living Expansion to Florida CCRC

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Volunteers of America has opened the doors on Palmview, an assisted living and memory care expansion at Gulf Coast Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Cape Coral, in the Fort Myers metro.

The 130,980-square-foot expansion project has already accepted 50 residents. Amenities at Palmview include a media room, six on-site dining venues and several recreational areas.

Volunteers of America is a nonprofit, faith-based organization that provides affordable housing for seniors, as well as long-term care.
