PALM COAST, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group has broken ground on a new Market Street Memory Care Residence in Palm Coast, located approximately midway between Jacksonville and Orlando.
The 46,000-square-foot property will feature 64 units, all of which are for memory care. Walker & Co. is building the community, with a scheduled delivery of summer 2018.
