VIERA, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group has opened the doors on Market Street Memory Care Residence, a 60-unit memory care community in Viera, approximately 50 miles southeast of Orlando.
Walker & Co. built the 44,000-square-foot project, which Watercrest designed, owns and operates. It is the first of three Market Street-branded memory care communities to open.
Based in Vero Beach, Watercrest Senior Living Group specializes in the development and operation of assisted living and memory care communities.
