VIERA and TAMPA, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group is preparing to open its first Market Street Memory Care Residences in Viera, along the coast east of Orlando, and also announced plans for a second memory care community under the new brand in Tampa.
Watercrest is developing and will operate the new communities, which are exclusively for memory care.
LifeBuilt Architecture designed the communities, which Walker and Co. is building. The 46,000-square-foot properties will each feature 64 total units.
